Chakra Centers: Illuminating the Self

According to ancient Vedic tradition, chakras are centers of energy that correspond to each of our body’s systems and organs. Often depicted as spinning wheels of color and light, chakras are the doorways through which emotional, mental, and spiritual force flow into physical expression. Throughout the course of this full day workshop, participants will practice mindfulness, Self awareness and create an illuminated mandala for each of the seven chakras.

Pre-Registration is required. Space is limited to 12 participants per workshop.

Registration deadline is the Wednesday before each workshop.

Group Registration is now available! To register as a group you must have at lease six participants to qualify for the group rate.
